This leadership formation course integrates the theological anthropology of St. John Paul II, the
organizational wisdom of the Rule of St. Benedict, and the missionary urgency of Popes Francis and Leo XIV.
As religious leaders navigate complex institutional and pastoral challenges, this course provides a robust
framework for leadership that is both contemplative and active. The course challenges leaders to move
beyond “administrative or organization preservation” toward a “missionary option,” transforming their
communities into centers of encounter and service.
The course is divided into 20 sessions; all sessions are included for $30. It is purchased as a digital download; a link will be emailed to you following purchase.
