This course presents the consecrated life as found in the Code of Canon Law, closely examining the various canons of the Code concerning the consecrated life. It is intended to convey an understanding of the mystery of consecrated life within the context of the Church today. It is also intended to give a juridical understanding of the consecrated life as a basis for understanding and interpreting the proper law of the various institutes of consecrated life.
